    A company based in southern France, major actor of the digital transformation and specialized in the design and development of mobile applications, wishes to commercialize a solution that allows the creation of personalized forms that can be filled in via mobile phones or tablets, with or without connection.

    Most companies, from the largest to the smallest, need forms such as time sheets, expense reports, contact forms, invoices, checklists… This solution allows users to create them.
    Beyond these simple needs, many sectors of activity have more complex specific needs containing photos, annotations, drawing fields, signatures. This is the case for example for the real estate sector for home inspections, or the building sector for site monitoring. This solution can meet all needs.
    The company's current customers include large companies such as SNCF or VINCI, but also craftsmen and small companies.

    The application is linked to a web platform that permits the creation of the customized forms, manage administrative account and host the data collected when filling the forms.
    The user has a 15-day trial period to familiarize himself with the tool, the objective being to make him autonomous in the creation and management of forms, but the company still offers an after-sales service included in the subscription price to assist the customer if necessary.

    The web platform and the application have been developed in several languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese,..... and the forms are compatible with special writing such as Arabic or Chinese.

    Currently the application is sold in 50 countries. Export represents 15% of the global turnover and the company is constantly looking for new business partners. Its priority geographical targets are Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Portugal, but it is open to any proposal. The company also has a subsidiary in Chile.
