    The Turkish company was established in 1976 in order to produce brake pads, brake linings and clutch facings. The company has quickly gained a reputable place in the local market and became a well-known brand in Turkey thanks to its R&D studies in the field of automotive brake systems.

    The company develops its products in its R&D laboratories that are equipped with specialized machines such as dynamometer, Krauss test station, Rockwell hardness tester, compressibility tester in order to check the physical properties of friction materials. The formulas which are developed and offered by the company’s R&D laboratories do not differ more than +/- 15% from parts of original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The company’s products are tested according to ECE-R 90 and ECE-R 13 regulations in TUV Germany as well as the fleet of testing cars and trucks fitted with the modern measuring equipment. All of the company products are subject to extensive testing during its development to ensure how it performs under real-life conditions and examine not only friction performance, but also noise, comfort and consistency across the temperature range on vehicle tests.

    Mixture preparation is the backbone of friction material business. Mixtures of the company are prepared free from human touch by automatic dosing lines according to fine recipes developed by the company’s R&D laboratories. The company uses only European origin raw materials. The company’s facility is allocated to the continuous brake pad production line, which is the one and only production line in Turkey and offers fully automated, flexible and efficient production process.

    The company manufacture its products according to European Standards and holds ISO 9002 TSE, ISO 9001 TSE, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), ISO 9001 RW TÜV, ISO 16949 RW TÜV, ISO 14001. In addition to these certificates, equivalencies of parts are approved by E1 numbers by KBA after tests in TUV Germany.

    Even though the company exports its products to a well-known German brand under manufacturing agreement, it would like to strengthen its presence in Europe and aims to reach new markets to expand its business. The company is seeking distributors and commercial agents that will represent the company and help sell its products in Europe.
